Dear friends,

During the past few months, I have noted a significant increase in the 
number of Moon-Net postings that have been automatically rejected by the 
robot because they have ".eml" attachments.  These attachments are 
created my MS Outlook Express and other e-mail clients as "stationery."  
Unfortunately, hackers use them to conceal bad content so Moon-Net is 
set up to refuse them.  If you find that your messages are being 
rejected, you need to dig into the options of your e-mail client to make 
sure that it is not adding this attachment automatically.  In Outlook 
Express, look in Tools/Options/Compose to turn stationery off.
