Thanks to who reply to my question .As I tought in mind for the cheap 
price they are,they are  not noise canceling,thanks David.So again we 
need to look for a higher price to have what I want :-)

Hope to be able to be qrv in EME ARRL Contest  I think I need a good 
(antennaset )noise cancelling first for the power line nearby :-)
