[Moon-net] TH327 amplifier rebuild

Friday before the first part of the ARRL contest i ran into a problem with 
my TH327 amplifier. I decided to rebuild the complete housekeeping.

Today I installed the circuits back into the rack, and I am "online" again.

I am using Ian's G3SEK Tetrode boards, all modifications done for higher UG1
