[Moon-net] REMEC RMX T 80 100 14 Amplifier for 23 cm

I did buy 2 CAT Amplifiers from Remec RMX / T 80 10014.

They are using 2 x MRF 21125 LDMOS-Fets in the final stage.

Has anybody modified this amplifier for 23cm ?
I think this amp is usable without any changes on 13cm.
Normally 2 x MRF21125 should deliver about 250 W out CW at 2.3 GHz.

Amplifier is with build in DC/DC Converter and Heat Sink Housing 
as a 19 " rack unit and external ethernet control.

Any hints including schematics are welcome.
