I will be operating the ARRL June VHF contest from KM5PO in EM12 near Dallas, Texas this year. We have the good luck this year of having a decent moon window with Europe and I seeking skeds for this period on June 10th.
Our Plan is to run one or 2 skeds on 6M and 432 during our moonrise 0800-0830
If we complete these skeds we will call CQ on each band till 0830Z and then turn our concentration to 144 MHZ until 1100z 0r 1130z when we will have to turn the station back to the terrestrial ops to take advantage of the morning tropo.
I hope to set as many skeds as possible with the larger stations so I propose we set
15 min skeds. It should be possible to complete most skeds in 5 or 6 minutes I will call CQ after each sked is completed until the next sked begins.
The preffered QRGs here are 144.105 and 144.150 KM5PO TX second if possible.
Please email me directly if you are interested and available for sked.
