[Moon-net] LNA ATF54143

Hi moon-net !

 

I want to build some LNA with ATF54143 from YU1AW schematics ( as a start
point ) :

For proper results, I intend to put some high-q LC in the front ( cavity
inductor ) like VE3KH project, but with MGF1801 :

I am not an RF engineer, so please someone could tell me what impedance
should have the coaxial cavity to proper match the ATF54143 or just explain
a little bit how to calculate ?
