Much the same was true on 10GHz. Libration spreading was very noticeably
smaller than usual, and despite the near 1dB excess loss over perigee, I was
able to detect my SSB echoes. That's something I can usually only do at
perigee with my little 2.4m dish/35W.

Pity about the relatively low activity! I suspect that a lot of 10GHz regulars
were on 5.6GHz.

For the record I worked: IQ4DF 539/519, F2TU o/o, OK1CA 559/559, W5LUA
559/449, RW1AW 539/539 and HB9BHU 539/539. CWNR were HB9SV, and DF9QX. I
heard F3VS when he was in QSO with IQ4DF and _ I think _ it was F5JTA who
came back to a CQ, but I was only able to get a partial callsign before he
disappeared. OK1CA and HB9BHU were new initials.
