Hi Jerry,

believe me or not, the author of the magazine is just dreaming ... When DSL and cable will be replaced by "such tremendous growth" of BPL, it means the whole telecom business was already moved ... on the Moon surface ... hi hi. Well, I've seen such announcements also in Europe, but investors will be looking for what's happening first in US, and course results. However, is good that you mentioned for the care of ARRL lawyers to further address the issue asap.
