    there is a Yahoo list named soft_radio located at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/soft_radio/
with more than 1000 subscribers as of now. Activity on the list has peaks and moments of rest, like now. But you are 
welcome to ask questions there. Somebody will surely answer.
