Is there a list somewhere for discussion of SDR options?

The time has come when I feel I should bite the bullet on this one,
principally because I feel the need for a broad spectrum
receive capability for finding weak signals, both JT65 and other.

I am thinking about -

Hardware choices:
WSE, SDR-14, SDR-IQ, SDR-X, SDR-1000

Software choices:
Linrad, Winrad, PowerSDR, SpectraVue etc, and of course MAP65.

Soundcard choices:
Delta44, EMU-1212M, ....

I would appreciate being pointed towards a suitable forum
for discussion of such things, as well as any direct advice.
