[Moon-net] Request for final stage

Hello

 

Got a Compact 9000 (commercial power amplifier out of the GSM area) from
Erricson which can be modified for 432 MHz.

This one is from DL1EJA and I have to get it working on 70cm.

 

It seems to be a good one with just one problem:

One of the two built in final stages seems to be broken.

 

I see the original Erricson number on it but I have no idea what real
transistor is used.

 

Has anybody replaced that one once ?

Or has anybody an idea where to find the original one ?
