Dick,

Almost everytime I'm QRV I'm called by EME newcommers that (in general) are
not in my call3.txt file. I only keep in this file the stations I have
already worked !)

I never had trouble to decode them at -28/-29 dB. if they had the patience
to call long enough to give the program the chance to average their
transmissions.

So, I really think that the problem you notice was another one, but not
related to the call3.txt file.
