Hi Dick

Some thing more was hapened if you never decoded PJ4EME ( not on call3 .txt 
database )  many times I have decoded stations not in call3.txt at -26 
to -28
( newcomers answerining my CQ ) only is necesary some QRZ periods and 
finally both calls apeared on AVERAGE TEXT  is only necesary some more Rx 
periods but with this signall level is posible to decode any incoming text 
by AVERAGE TEXT  not in call3.txt
