If you need sine, try with operational amplifiers, there are these days
several models from ADI, TI or National with extremely low noise and > 100
Mhz BW. Schematic is classic, like in audio. For CMOS levels, perhaps you
should wire some 74HC4050 non inverting buffer.

I am knocking together a 10MHz OCXO frequency standard. Can anybody point me
towards a simple distribution amplifier? I need three outputs. I'm looking
for a simple circuit to build, rather than a commercial piece of equipment.
