I think you can find the information on page 12 of this document, assuming it's the correct cable:

...in Japanese and English.

In case you can't read it, I see 0.062dB/m @ 200MHz, 0.091dB/m @ 400MHz, 0.149dB/m @ 900MHz. No idea what the velocity factor is - it may be elsewhere in the same document?
