i did find the PTF141501E on the Infineon Homepage.

This Transistor was designed for Digital Audio Broadcasting from
1400 Mhz to 1500 MHz and is able to deliver 150 W CW at 32 V.

It should be possible to design 1300 MHz Amplifier with nearly the same output.
