[Moon-net] [Moon] 900 MHz SSPAs on 23cms

Gunter maybe we are at crossed purposes or misunderstanding each other. I
have never done this myself but was wondering if anyone else has tried 900
MHz amps such as the motorola ones being sold on ebay on 23cms. If they have
then I would also like to know their results. I suspect that there will be
much lower gain and poorer efficiency.

There are a number of high power SSPAs on eBay that are for 900 MHz. I know
that the devices are internally matched for these frequencies but out of
interest has anyone actually tried to drive one on 23cms. Here is a link to
