Jim,
 it was good to hear your signals on 3400.100 at about 15:00utc. Estimates are about 8 - 10dB up on the next loudest signal I saw on Spectran (W5LUA). Copy was 519 (EME).
 
 
 Well done to the crew for activating 9cm on the dish.

 2.3m TVRO dish, ADL feed (LINEAR POL) and Samsonic 17k 3.4 - 4.2GHz LNB mod'ed to use just the LNA to a DB6NT transverter.
