Hi,
Here is a 25 to 30 watt LDMOS 1296 amp.

http://www.ham-radio.com/sbms/newsletters/2006nwsltrs/11sbms06.pdf
At this time (near future) may be a LDMOS 90 watt unit that will show up
to allow home construction.
This hope to have several (4) in the near future at 300 watt combined
configuration, the amps are still in the design, documentation and parts
acquiring stage by the author,
THAT IS NOT ME, so don't ask me about the amp at this time, when author
is ready, it will show up to be acquired in the near future as I
understand.
Still looking for those to step up to release new amp information and
that have built "SECRET" 1296 MHz modern power amps, so for those that
have built modern units, make it known to all so all can play with new
ham built stuff.
I am still looking for devices that have potential for hi power amps.

Hi All!
Tom's note ringed me a bell...
Browsing the net I found another note from an american guy on a linear
power module designed especially for HAM purposes delivering some
100-120W output. It was a few monthes earlier. Unfortunately I forgot to
bookmark or print it... My internet browser has also purged it out of
his history... It is something like I0JXX's module:
http://www.i0jxx.it/PA/1296/150MOD1296.JPG . Can anybody recall the
source and provide me his callsign, homepage, email address or any other
information?
