Start at e.g. http://www.lyngsat.com/europe.html
Click on the satellite you want, which will take you to
e.g. http://www.lyngsat.com/badrc.html
Then click on SatTracker, taking you to
e.g. http://www.lyngsat.com/tracker/badrc.html 
Then click on your position on the map.
Look at the "Your longitude" and "Your latitude" values, move your mouse
and click to get these as close as possible.
