You would probably be better off using one of these GaN transistors from
Eudyna.

They have some really nice ones for 902 and 2304/2450.
Another GaN producer is Nitronex. They have some nice 50W devices
covering 400-3000MHz.

These devices are rated for CW applications. They are really designed
for cellular applications where they are backed off in power to about
10% of the rated power for very high linearity in multicarrier waveforms.
