Hi Walter,
Don't expect to have a so narrow BW out of a cavity, especially with the
ATF54143 or 33143 that need a relatively low impedance on their gate. Hence,
they load a lot the cavity and the BW extends accordingly. Better use a
"normal" preamp (and less space consuming) and insert a notch filter in
front of the preamp, though at the expense of a few tenth of dB of NF loss.
