I tried with my actuator.  I used ferrite beads and 0.01 uF bypass caps at
the terminals of the actuator and ran shielded cable with drain grounded.
It did not help.  It did not matter with the satellite receiver which was
FM, but with low-noise preamps it produces enough noise to make peaking a
weak-signal impossible. So I set elevation according to the tracking
program and hope it is peaked.  I seems to work OK doing that.
