[Moon-net] QRO EME

Folks:

Whle I HAVE "Paid My dues" on HF weak signal work, and quite enjoy pulling 
the signal (CW) out of the noise,  there, I havent been on EME, in a normal 
way, though I have heard recordings of QRP EME and attended the incredible 
Stanford Dish EME event some years back.
I need to get a feel for how easy it will be for a normal person  (Kids, not 
hams) to hear voice EME comms, considering a very QRO station here at 
Jamesburg.   Will we, and the Media be able to hear clearly Voice comms, on 
1296 or above, considering we have 50+ db of antenna gain?
What will it take in terms of EIRP for the other station to be clearly 
heard?
