[Moon-net] Spratly Islands on EME!

Formally first announcing for DX0JP DX-Pedition.

* DX0JP Spratly Island.
A group of operators are going to be active on 160-6 metres (SSB, CW, 
RTTY and PSK)
and 6/2 meters(JT65 EME) as DX0JP from Pag-Asa island, Spratly Islands 
(AS-051) between
03 and 13 February. Team members include JA1BRK, JA1RJU, JF1IST, JA4DND, 
JF2XGF
and DU1BA, 4F2KWT.

QSL via JA1HGY, EME QSO only via JA1RJU
