[Moon-net] How to repair a CAV EME 432 Preamplifier

Hi All

In an incorrect Tx , I destroyed the transistor in one 432 Mhz preamplifier CAV 432 EME from LNA Technology , can anyone tell me the
transistor model ? and where I can find one unit ? , the transistor have in the body ( 4pl )
