Hi Dominique,
we experienced the same later on after 0615 UTC till cca 0710 UTC being
originally on 1296,080 and after half an hour on the right QRG 1296,090
MHz. However no signal found except very good own echoes.
Overall it seems more or less evident they got a trouble with power generator
or what else.
On 4th they were quite good, easy to decode with up to -23 dB in JT65C
(signals watched during OSQs with PA3CSG,K2UYH and OE9ERC-JT65 & CW
trial) but RX performance on C6ARI (especially after RX preamp change)was
probably too poor to decode weaker signals than over 500W into 8...10m
dish.
Ours over 500W in focus into the septum&choke feed and 4.5m dish was
not enough to get their attention.
It's a pity. It looked quite optimistic at the beginning.
