Hi John,

The refresh rate (in this case 60 seconds) is controlled by the webpage. If 
you are running MS Internet Explorer or Netscape, the refresh will wipe out 
what you are typing. Firefox will not. If you have something long or 
important to say, I would suggest you hit the refresh link (not your refresh 
button on the browser) and then type.  If you get close to the refresh time, 
hit control-A, then control-C to copy what you are typing into a paste 
buffer before you loose it.
