[Moon-net] doppler calculation on Uwaves eme?

I'd like some feedback on whether my MoonSked is accurate at 3cm and  
above. It appears fine at 144/432 and no-one has complained at 23cm.  
I think I compared results with F2TU's doppler program and we were  
pretty close.

I have gradually refined the doppler calcs, but have not been able to  
verify it at such high frequencies myself.
