Congradulations to Charlie, VK3NX and Alex, RU1AA!

I hope to join the 10-GHz fraternity in a couple years.  Our move 
last year to a new home has put some plans back a year, or so.
This summer our goals are QRO for 144 and becoming QRV on 1296 with 
4.9m dish/60w (later 250w).

I am hoping we can announce to the world our first 10-GHz eme in 2008 using:
2.4m dish (with pol rotation)
linear Chapparal feed
mku102EME (0.8 dBNF)
50w TWT (Varian)

But we have much to accomplish before that can happen.  Meanwhile we 
recognize the achievement made by Charlie to join the 10-GHz eme club!
