[Moon-net] First VK RW 3cm QSO

Hello Friends and Charlie,

Today on February, 27 in 12.30-12.42 UTC the first has been lead 10gHZ EME QSO
AUSTRALIA / RUSSIA (Charlie has written local time 20.30). Force of a signal
EME setup Charlie VK3NX ( 559/559 ) has allowed me to accept his signal on
Loudspeaker of mine TS-2000. Many thanks for new initial and DXCC
on two bands: 5760mHZ and Feb.27 on 10368 !
