Hope I have undertod the rules right now :

... up to -25dB ... means the numer (figures "up to")  , like -16dB to  -25 dB (strong signals).
And "exceeding -25 dB means weak signals like -30db to -25dB.

Pse correct me if I am wrong.
( I was thinking the other way around , like thinking dBm or so ... hi.)

The outcom will be that small dish people will have only 10 point and big dishes (strong signals) get 100 point ! Sorry that ...

BUT I will be QRV anyway : calling CQ JT65c on 1296.065 MHz first period both days. CU randomly !
