[Moon-net] [Moon] VK3UM EME2007 (Auto Track / Planner) 16th February

I am getting a "corrupted file" message when I try to download this into Windows XP Media Edition from the site mentioned below on the line labelled "Feb 16 installer"
Is this file the complete EME planner or should I be using this "installer" file in conjunction with the Feb 2 download?

Please find attached the latest update of EME2007 (16th February).
It has incorporated several more suggestions from users and I have also corrected
a couple of minor irregularities.
