[Moon-net] Moderation is off

Dear friends,

Moon-Net appears to have cooled off, so I have turned off emergency 
moderation.

The rule is very simple: be nice.  We all know what this means.  No 
profanity, no name-calling.  Stay away from discussing the merits of 
digital modes because this topic has proven to be irresistibly 
inflammatory.  Simple.
