[Moon-net] 6M EME activity update

DX0JP is in the W7GJ log for country #110 (station #147 and DXCC #58 off 
the moon on the Magic Band) on 6m. He was -19 dB on JT65A mode when we 
worked at 1306 today (Feb 4, 2007)! 

KC4PX also completed with him right after me.  DX0JP had a very high and 
broad ground gain lobe, probably due to the fact that the antenna was 
very close to the ground (JH0MHE thought maybe the center of the antenna 
was at only 3m above the ground).  Although the common moon time with 
DX0JP is very limited next week, the positive thing is that a number of 
USA horizon-only stations will have a chance to work him as their moon 
sets.

I also tried a sked with VQ9JK this morning, and he copied me a number 
of times, but the moon was just too low on my end and we ran out of 
time... will have to wait until the moon comes north again toward the 
end of the month.  It is great to see this rare DXCC becoming active on 
the Magic Band!
