Dear Euros who wish to dominate everything. Back in the OSCAR 13
days, we had to contend with some Euro stations who had ridicules
operating practices. After we got mad, we just laughed at them
because they looked so silly. It's the same today on 2 Meter EME.
EXCEPT, I am on my way to VR2 land for an extended stay where big
antennas are pretty much impossible and big amps will QRM the entire
building. Therefore, when I finally get there, get licensed, get the
station set up or hook up with local Hams to find a suitable
location, if you want to work and confirm VR2, you will have to do it
on JT-65B or whatever Joe comes up with next. Otherwise, no VR2 for
you. It will be a challenging path anyway for almost everyone. No
operating dates will be available until I arrive and see what is
possible - sometime after May, or even much later. In the mean
time.... will you all please get real and stop the old QRM on here.
I love CW on EME but I just can not do it from my small yard....
it's kind of like living in VR2 land only the acreage is bigger here.
Thank you from 99.9 per cent of us. Dick W5AK
