Hi Ed,

I am still waiting for my card.  I think I have already send a couple of 
SASE's to the QSL manager, and their website says not to send duplicates 
as they are still working on sending out cards.  5A7A was a DXpedition 
with special EME permission - I don't know that there is any permanent 
station there who aspires to work EME, but the 5A7A folks could probably 
provide you with some further insights if you wanted to email them
