Hi Guy's & Gal's (Folks)....

These are rules that TOTALLY MAKE Sense, SIMPLE to Implement and 
UNDERSTAND and I believe UNLESS Copy Writes apply should be 
SENT.....or TAKEN, Drive, or walked  to ARRL.
and attempt to make  common sense prevail.

My 2 Cents worth,, but possibly only worth 1 cent.....that is 1/100 
of a Dollar.
