I personally had a good experience with Pavel. I ordered 4ea. GS35B tubes
from him. I had to use Western Union to pay him, and it was nearly $400
up front which made me a bit squeemish, but I took the chance.
The shipping took quite a while as I recall, and it arrived in a box with
sewn cloth wrapping with a wax seal kinda like it might have 100 years
ago.
But everything was packed well and arrived in good shape. I believe he
would like to be in this business for while, so he is probably interested
in delivering acceptable service (eventually).
Could very well be a mail service issue rather than a dishonest Pavel issue.
Good luck.
