Dear all,
I have had some bad experience with a guy named Pavel Popov, Russia, St.
Petersburg. He has a store under www.qro-parts.com and also sells in Ebay
under "QRO-Stuff".
 
He was very excited to get the money quick, did not accept PayPal (which
protects customers) but only Moneybookers.com which is a money "fire and
forget" institution. Then after more than 8 weeks I did not receive any of
the items ordered amounting to more than 400 EUR. He keeps telling me that
shipment from Russia takes a lot of time and "don't panic, items will arrive
..." but nothing happened until today though the last payment has been made
on October 12 this year.
 
Ebay advised me to involve the criminal police.
 
What is your experience with this guy?
