Dear Friends,

The C.R.T. is hard at work defining the organizational details for 
the August 2008 EME Conference in Florence. We are making 
arrangements with a number of hotels, trying to get favorable 
conditions for the conferees and family members. We have secured the 
use of a large auditorium (sits 300) for the main Conference 
activities, plus some additional rooms for side meetings.
All of these and other details will be available on our website at 
mid-January. Concurrently, a call for papers will be sent out.
