I have been thinking the same thing.  As far as I know, the answer is 
NO, at present.

Since it takes many months for the official results to come out, I think 
we would all enjoy having a voluntary and unofficial site where 
band-by-band QSO totals could be listed by mode, together with entry 
category and claimed score.

Perhaps someone who is a good web programmer could design and host such 
a site.  (AA1YN, N0UK, ON4KST, HB9Q, DF6NA, ... others ... ??)
