[Moon-net] Transistor info wanted please

G'day Gents,

I am looking for any data you may be able to provide on a RF PA
transistor, Motorola SRF1585.  I have tested a couple of these and
they will produce 50 watts easily (on 2 meters), at 13.8 volts.  It
would be nice to know a bit more about them though.

I have trawled the web and looked through every likely data book I
can get my hands on.
 
I believe there was a SRF to MRF equivalent list at one time?

Can anyone help please?
