What a great week for EME! In the last week I made 25 contacts on 6m
EME, 7 of which were new stations for me, and 2 of which were new DXCC
(CN and HB9)! That brings me up to 122 for a total DXCC count on 6m, 71
of which have been worked via EME. (I also made 35 contacts on 2m EME
before the 2m amp blew up last weekend, but was able to complete with
3X5A using the broken 2m amp for a new country there, too.)
With 6m EME, it really makes a big difference when cndx are good, and
the last couple of weeks have been super! After December 14 cndx again
line up to look very good for 6m EME until the end of the year, and I
can't wait to see if Santa is going to bring some more new DXCC during
this next activity period!
If you have not tried 6m EME yet, this point in the solar cycle is the
VERY BEST time to get started since cndx are so good! Hope to see you
on the moon in a couple of weeks! VY 73, Lance
