[Moon-net] RE QSL cards

I managed to get up to date with QSL's and have now posted all EME cards 
direct or via managers.
Please for future QSL's please do not send money or IRC's, I will return 
them with my QSL.
All terrestrial QSO's are via the RSGB buro.
As is always the way the printer played up, I ran out of ink cartridges, and 
then had to stand in a queue for nearly an hour to send cards from the local 
post office.
Will try from now on to send in small batches so a faster service ( I 
hope!).
