[Moon-net] MGF1302 S-Params questions

I know Dr. Rainer DJ9BV published in DUBUS 2/93 actually MGF1302 measured
S-Params so I wonder if anyone has a copy of this article to send me. Also,
I am very interested on real noise Gopt data for ATF54143 on 2m band, if
anyone had ever chance to measure them.
