[Moon-net] Purchase of RF Noise Diodes, where? Prices?

Anyone know where I might find some noise diodes which can output up to 26.5 or more GHz ? I don't really need anything that high, but thought as long as I was going to build one, I'd consider it, if the units are not too expensive (probably are!).

I tried to get a price list from noisecom for all of their noise diodes so I could choose one but they won't give out a full price list, only quote individual diodes. Don't know what I want yet, so that doesn't do me much good. I've heard that some folk have built their own noise sources to use with HP noise figure test equipment and thought this would be the place to ask, thanks.
