[Moon-net] North Dakota on 1296 MHz

Hello EMEers

I have just heard from VE4MA that K0ALL is having aiming difficulties
from North Dakota. Cloud cover is making it difficult to get calibrated
and aimed properly. They will be back at 1200Z. Barry apologizes for the
late timing for Europe.. This initial attempt is an arm-strong method of
pointing and Barry plans some improvements in readout for next month.
