[Moon-net] An important step backwords

Again moonnet is inflamed with this issue and not to my surprise, as this
debate was never finished in a good way! The way we go at this time and
again, is that everyone starts shouting their opinions untill the nightnurse
(excuse me for this "nickname" David..) comes with the halfyearly
tranquilisertablets....

It is clear that we absolutely should finilise the discussion in order to go
forward, but I think moonnet is not the place for it. In this respect I see
the current threat on moonnet rather as a step backwords then forwards! So
therefore my proposal is to make this a formal issue to be discussed within
the IARU and not to choose for "half messures" on a local society basis, nor
shout personal opinions. 

This is just my personal opinion of course ;)
