Interesting,
To take this to the full and absurd conclusion...a web site is a form
of database; the times and dates of the contest are published on that
database; contestants are precluded from using a database.
THEREFORE - there must be no contest.

Who now cannot join the contest as my callsign is now associated with
an interest in moonbouce and might be remembered in some database...
